Tom Kaiser has been engaged by Intrec for a period of 8 weeks for an internship to
perform the duties of assisting the site manager on a 200 apartment mechanical services
upgrade. This project involved working in an occupied environment with the majority of
works being inside people’s homes (apartments)
Duties undertaken including but not limited to:
 Assist in checking off ITPs
 Completing safety inspections
 General house keeping
 Site set up & preparation.
 Ensuring contractor compliance with Intrec site specific systems (daily sign in, key
register etc)
I have found Tom enthusiastic, willing to get in and get his hands dirty and able to
communicate with tenants and sub‐contractors alike.
