Will be to provide hands on high quality painting and
decorating services to you and your property.
As part of my service I will willingly share all of my
knowledge, experience and advice with you, to ensure I am
able to provide the very best outcome to your decorating
expectations.
This service will involve providing all aspects relating to the
high end decorating experience you will demand and expect.
I have more than 28 years experience in a vast range of
residential and commercial projects in New Zealand,
Australia and United Kingdom.
I have also helped clients in the past with various aspects of
their restoration needs, like:
Plastering
Gib-board replacement
Tiling
Wall and Ceiling Insulation
Finishing Carpentry
3. HOW I WILL WORK WITH YOU
After we get to know each other I will give you an outline of
my background and we will share the vision you have for
your home.
Together we will establish the detail around your hopes and
dreams – we will discuss options around colour, contrasts
and paint finishes.
As we do a walk-around (as part of my measure up process)
we can discuss any special requirements you may have and
we will discuss the options in dealing with those
requirements.
I will provide a written detailed quote and specification,
outlining material, colour, product suggestions, as well as
setting out my projected timeframes regarding a start date
and finish date.
If and when required, I will coordinate with other
professional trades, so we are ready for the commencement
of the decorating project.
Our signed contract will include a colour and product
schedule, as well as establishing a start date.
I then like to discuss the expectations around the handling
and protection of your personal effects. This will cover all
household items, including floor coverings, furniture,
window coverings, light fittings, wall hangings and the like.
