Tom Marsella is the Co-founder and President of the financial planning company Retirement Concepts of America (RCofA) along with his son, Darin, together follow a conservative approach when it comes to advising clients. RCofA offers customers many services, including TSPs, 401(k), 403(b), 457 plans, social security, retirement portfolios and annuities. Tom Marsella studied at the University of California, Berkeley eventually earning his undergraduate degree from Fresno State University in Business and Economics. He has supported his alma mater as a trustee with the Bulldog Foundation, as well as being an endowment committee member.
