Toby (Liu, Hsien-Chi) is currently an undergraduate student at the Department of Economics, National Central University, Taiwan. He expects himself to graduate in June, 2015. He has received an official admission from the Institute of Information Systems and Applications, National Tsing Hua University, but he wants to work first.
