I am a certified public accountant and chartered global management accountant with a diverse public accounting and private industry mix. My experience includes attest services at local/regional CPA firms and a Big 4 national firm including financial statement audits of private and public companies, as well as reviewed financial statements, financial statement footnote disclosures, SEC filings of Forms 10K and 10Q, research technical accounting issues, supervise/train audit staff and manage project costs to budget.
