I joined IBM in 2006 with the Rational brand to help develop tools and technologies to bridge the gap between Development and Operations for our customers. Having experienced the pain of deployments first hand as a Senior Software Engineer working for a multi-national distributor of Barcode, ID, and Telephony equipment prior to joining IBM I was well versed in the problem space my new team was trying to solve.
