This document provides details on the cleaning services provided by Tip Top Cleaning Services, LLC for move out cleaning. They will clean all areas of the kitchen including cabinets, appliances, sinks, toilets and floors. Bathrooms will also be thoroughly scrubbed and sanitized. Other areas like bedrooms, living rooms, offices and laundry rooms will be cleaned with cabinets, windows, walls, baseboards and light fixtures being wiped down. Floors will be vacuumed and mopped throughout. They use a 3 step stool but will not clean items that cannot be reached from the stool for liability reasons.

listed, but not limited to, that cannot be reached from our provided step stools, those items will not be cleaned.
