Executive Summary
The mission of the IT organization is to automate and improve business practices throughout
the enterprise. But the IT organization itself also has its own need for process improvement and
automation. The best run IT organizations not only focus their process improvement efforts on
those of other departments, they also seek to optimize their own IT management processes.

• Client Technical Owner and Network Administrator
• IT Services and Help Desk Engineering
• vCIO – Virtual Chief Information Officer

Achieve reduced IT project costs and risks, and receive professional support of IT projects and
implementation of technical solutions, in addition to high performance SLA management of
staff tickets, server and PC administration. We will increase team member effectiveness with
the implementation of our 200+ IT Best Practices. We believe that all business departments in
the organization will realize value by the best use of their technology assets.
Leverage IT is a regional IT Service Provider established at the time when “IT Managed Services”
became a model for IT support companies. Our model was established 13 years ago and has
been perfected over time.
We have recently invested over $160,000 in new and better industry tools. Our ERP system for
ticket tracking and Client invoices as well as our Automated Monitoring and Management tools
are all being upgraded. Additional access tools, like presence awareness chat to access the
Service Team and a new Client ticket portal will be available.
