2. Leverage IT is a regional IT Service Provider established at the time when “IT Managed Services”
became a model for IT support companies. Our model was established 13 years ago and has
been perfected over time.
We have recently invested over $160,000 in new and better industry tools. Our ERP system for
ticket tracking and Client invoices as well as our Automated Monitoring and Management tools
are all being upgraded. Additional access tools, like presence awareness chat to access the
Service Team and a new Client ticket portal will be available.
