1. Leonard's Fasan -Was rarely tested in the first half, but made a good stop to deny Smith
to keep scores level in the early stages, made good stops when called into action, but
could do nothing to prevent Dunfermlines goal - 6
2. Darnell Fisher - Excellent distribution from right to
left, his pace also caused Dunfermline problems down
the right hand side. Booked for a cynical foul on Byrne -

3. Michael Miller - Neutralised the Dunfermline attack
down the right hand channel, as the left back put
himself about making good interceptions, as well as
clearing the danger without hesitation - 6
2. 4. Jackson Irvine broke up play well in midfield, always looked composed, went close with
a powerful header on 23 minutes, rarely misplaced a pass and controlled the midfield
throughout the game - 7
5. Eoghan O'Connell - Made some vital interceptions in the penalty box to deny Whittle
and Burns on a number of occasions, also found himself playing a more attacking role
bringing the play forward - 8
6. Stuart Findlay - Often ran the show from the half way line, with Celtic playing such a
high line. Never forgot about his defensive duties making crucial blokes and tackles - 8
7. John Herron - Had a very quiet first half, was a shadow in midfield compared to Irvine
and McGregor, was also booked for diving. Was substituted after 75 minutes - 5
8. Callum McGregor Very powerful going forward, however last years hat-trick was a
forgotten memory, as his passing could have been a lot better in the first half, but
produced two excellent deliveries for Atajic and Johnstone's goals - 7
9. Bahrudin Atajic - showed great footwork at times,
close control dragging in defenders and creating
chances. Linked up well with Fisher and George
throughout the first half. However poor sportsmanship
has to be noted towards the end of the first half. Lovely
glancing header for Celtics second goal - 8
10. Jamie Lindsay - Great when attacking, hurdled
challenges effortlessly and began to help out George in
the second half on the right wing, which brought the Celtic playmaker into play a bit
more, stepped up when the breakthrough was made, a controlled half volley from six
yards out gave Goodfellow no chance, after Atajic hit the post - 7
11. Paul George - lacked support in the early stages, so struggled to make as big an impact
as anticipated, however in the second half showed great skill to beat the full back, and
whipped a fantastic cross for the opening goal - 8
Patrik Twardzik (on for Heron 75) Made little impact when he came on, but helped Celtic
3. see the game out - 5
Denny Johnstone (on for George 82) scored with first touch to make the game safe, lovely
header back across the goal - 6
Paul McMullen (on for Atajic 90) came on in stoppage time, didn't touch the ball - 1
