A FREE career transition support network to help those seeking employment to leverage mutual aid, networking, and meetings of participating groups to be more competitive in the job market. All meetings and on-line sites are free to members. The CT Groups receive NO FUNDING from any source and uses an all volunteer team experienced in career transition. Currently 17 groups in the metro Memphis area support over 2,200 members. Nearly 5,000 people have joined the network since Feb 2003.
