This and other CCPE courses are available to non-Pharma Company OPMA Member employees for $591
because of our relationship with CCPE as an Educational Partner. Check out the CCPE website at www.ccpe-
cfpc.org (or click on the CCPE logo on the OPMA website) for more details about this and approximately 30
other courses available to non-Pharma OPMA member employees at CCPE members prices.
1
CCPE was created in 1969 to educate and accredit Canadian Pharma Industry Sales Representatives to a higher standard of knowledge. Item
4.2.3.2 of the RxD Code of Ethical Practices requires all RxD Member Sales Representatives interacting with Health Care Professionals to
successfully complete the accreditation course offered by the Council for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education (CCPE) within two years of
commencing their employment. Sales Representatives hired to only deliver samples are not required to complete the CCPE accreditation course.
2
Item 4.2.3.2 of the RxD Code requires all personnel working in the design and development of CHE as well as other relevant professionals to
complete a certified course in CHE training prior to or within 1 year of having the job function. The CCPE CHE course was created at the request
of RxD over a decade ago and has had multiple revisions since then.
