2010: Obtained 1st position in the Regional Maths and Science Fair, Senior Problem Solving.
2009: Cerificate of Participation following a match against the then Chess World Champion,
Grandmaster Viswananthan Anand of the Indian Chess Federation and NIIT Mind Champion
and Brand Ambassador.
2008: Member of the Chess Team that won the local and National Teams Championships,
including obtaining third position in the Senior Schools Teams Chess Championships and
going on to compete in the Adult Teams Championships.
2007: Male Chess Player of the Year, Maikano Community Junior Secondary School.
2007: Obtained 1st position in the South Central Maths and Science Cluster Fairs 2007 under
the statistics category.
