This letter serves to confirm that Tessa was employed by The Focus Group for more than five years.
Tess was an absolute star in our team that was involved in sourcing, signing up and servicing clients on private
medical aid plans and life assurance. Tess was one of our first employees and we were very sad to see her leave
for greener pastures a few years on when our team was up to about seven.
Clients needed to be looked after, understood and efficiently serviced and I was always entirely confident that
Tess could handle clients from start to finish.
She was a particularly good relationship builder and manager and I consider her someone of impeccable
character. She has great EQ, is ruthlessly honest, was always enthusiastic and absolutely loved by our clients.
