I’m Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Risk Alternatives LLC. Risk Alternatives is an Arlington, Virginia company that offers compliance, risk management, and governance solutions to nonprofits and businesses. We believe that sustainable nonprofits and scalable small businesses are the foundations of healthy communities. I work with my team to give organizations the tools they need to thrive in the middle of everyday complexity. I have an extensive background counseling organizations about business risks, resolving disputes, and building capacity. I have worked successfully with organizations for more than 25 years, as well as teaching, designing classes and workshops, and present.
