As a kid, I didn’t do normal girl things; I built model airplanes. I loved aviation, space exploration and painting which lead me to teaching art. While working on my doctorate, I discovered instructional design that incorporated structure and logic. I took some computer-based education courses and discovered simulations. I was hooked! My strength was that I could envision how all simulation components were inter-related and allowed me to utilize all my skills.
