In concluding, it is safe to say that both
joints and bone are very important
assets in the body because without
them the body would not be able to
function effectively. In addition, joints
and bones are key components in the
way in which our body move on a day
to day basis. Joints connect the
components of the skeletal
system together. They give the skeletal
system flexibility, and allow muscles to
direct movements by moving bones in
different directions.
