Gorący wyznawca Efektywności Kreatywnej i Design Thinking.
W roku 2017 założył z przyjaciółmi agencję Design Thinking o nazwie Empathy Rocks. Jako CEO i Facylitator w codziennej pracy zajmuje się kooperatywnym opracowywaniem idei produktów i usług skupionych na ludziach i ich potrzebach. Wierzy, że dawanie ludziom wartości jest dziś wyjątkowo potrzebne. I dobre dla biznesu.
Od 6 lat prowadzi warsztaty i szkolenia dla klientów (m.in. Mastercard, BBC, BZ WBK, Polpharma, Grupa Żywiec czy Discovery Channel). Zaangażowany również w edukację przyszłych adeptów sztuki komunikacji – wykładał na Polsko-Japońskiej Akademii Technik Komputerowych, SGH czy w ramach See & Say przy KTR.
