1. We were relocating from the US to Toronto and Sue Davies was our Real Estate
Representative. Sue was great to work with as she arranged for us to look at 10-15
condos in one weekend. We did not know the Toronto area and Sue was extremely
helpful in getting us familiar with the neighborhoods as well as the apartments. We
were able to choose an apartment, negotiate the removal of furniture, and close the
deal in less than week. We love our place as it has a touch of home and Sue made
the experience seamless.
