Dear Steve,
I would like to take this opportunity to express a big THANK YOU to MARS DKI for their
quick response to the water damage in the Phantom Theatre at the Venetian Hotel on Monday,
December 7, 2009.
Your staff and technicians arrived in impressive time to access and control the situation. They
tested for moisture, extracted water and set all necessary equipment for the theatre, stage,
orchestra pit and the dressing rooms. The staff arrived throughout the days and nights to monitor
all areas of the theatre to get our production up and running by Wednesday evening.
On both a professional and personal level, I really appreciated the time and effort that your
company provided to the Phantom production.
Again, thanks so much for the enthusiastic participation to get our theatre back to being fully
operational. I will recommend MARS DKI to anyone that has flood damage in the future.
