Senior Product Manager (2014 - 2016)
Managed Inventory, Remote Radio Heads, Power Systems, Filters, Amplifiers, Channel Cards,
Quality & Field Issues and Life Cycle Management for all Wireless CDMA Hardware products.
• Directed Life Cycle and Inventory Management of over $50M in CDMA Hardware Assets to be
discontinued in December 2015. Managed Inventory reduction, identified Excess and Obsolete
Inventory, approved scrap items and identified inventory required for ongoing business and end-
of-life support.
• Teamed with Supply Chain, Demand Planning and the Customer Teams developing detailed
plans to maintain timeframes and reach inventory reduction benchmarks of $32M by December
2015. Provided monthly executive status reports on inventory reduction by factory and by
warehouse location, ensuring reduction goals were met.
• Collaborated with Customer Teams and Demand Planning, identifying $12M in demand beyond
the official 2015 discontinue date and developed sourcing plan and manufacturing plan supporting
incremental revenue in 2016.
• Managed 8 field recall issues for multiple Product Applications in North America and APAC with
budget of $5.1M, meeting targeted completion dates within budget requirements.
• Provided monthly executive status reports on recall replacement progress and current incurred
expenses.
• Identified root cause of defective products provided by 3rd
party suppliers and recovered $1.1M in
damages by teaming with Development, Procurement, Legal and Finance to prove the Supplier
was responsible for the defect.
Wireless Product Manager (2005 - 2014)
Managed the Filter and Amplifier Cross Functional Teams responsible for New Product
Introduction/qualification of over 300 filters and 29 amplifiers across all wireless frequencies resulting
in revenue over $500M. Also accountable for Remote Radio Heads and Power Systems.

• Built custom filters for customer specific frequencies and Base Station applications, achieving

Managed group of 2 individuals to clarify and advise Customer Teams on Most Preferred Customer
contractual language and audits for Wireless Contracts.
• Met with Customer Teams, assisting in the development of contractual language for new

• Developed strategy to segment technologies for Most Preferred Customer comparisons which
resulted in meeting contractual obligations and removing financial exposure.
