SUMMARY
I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree as a Presidential Scholar from the University of Southern California in 2003
with a major in History and a minor in Architecture. In 2007, I received my Juris Doctorate Degree as a Dean’s
Scholar from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California and became a member of the California State Bar in the
same year.
My practice areas include entertainment law, intellectual property, defamation and right of publicity and general
business practice with an emphasis in civil litigation.

§ Consulted and advised clients in various industries, including entertainment, architecture, apparel, food and toy,
with respect to brand management and IP strategy; managed trademark and copyright applications through
registration.
§ Advised and negotiated various entertainment industry contracts on behalf of production companies, actors,
musicians, record labels, artists, web designers, and architects
§ Formulated and executed litigation strategy in California state and federal courts on behalf of entertainment
industry clients
§ Researched, drafted and argued a wide of array of civil pleadings, motions and briefs in support of
entertainment litigation in various forums, including state court in California, federal courts in California and New
York, the United States Patent & Trademark Office, and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and
Numbers (ICANN).
