EXPERIENCE
 I have been working with EY for more than one year as an “Analyst” in “Transaction
diligence”
 Analysis of financial data sourced from financial statements and supporting schedules
 preparation and analysing of various financial statements to reach useful outcome
decision for management as well the takeover companies
 Basic knowledge about Balance sheet and income statements of a company and
comparing it with its past year performances
 Analysing, comparing and presenting various components of balance sheet like-
Accounts receivables, Accounts payables, current assets, current liabilities etc
 Preparation of excel sheets, graphs, charts etc. from information provided in hard copies
and information downloaded from data sites.
