独一无二
的设计
Sky Villa由国际著名的台湾建筑师李祖原
(C.Y. Lee)设计。李祖原建筑师从普林斯顿大学
(Princeton University) 毕业后，加入了贝氏建筑事
务所(Pei Partnership Architects) ，成为享誉世界
的建筑大师贝聿铭 (I.M. Pei) 的助手，协助设计了
1970年大阪世博会的中国台湾馆。
十年后，李祖原(C.Y. Lee)建筑师回到中国台湾，
首次设计了微风广场 (Breeze Center)(又名亚洲
世界大厦)，自此，李祖原建筑师陆续设计了台北
101(Taipei 101)、高雄85大楼(Kaohsiung 85 Sky
Tower)、中台禅寺(Chung Tai Chan Monastery)
，从而奠定了他在建筑行业的地位。李祖原建筑师
也是2010年上海世博会(Shanghai World Expo)
台湾馆的主设计师，设计出伟大的多媒体建筑作
品“山水心灯”(Mountain, Water & Lantern of
the Heart)。
Sky Villa正是凝聚了李祖原建筑师的天赋与专业知
识，将住宅建筑推向新的艺术高度，是金边奢华住
宅的巅峰之作。Sky Villa的户外面积宽广，将公寓
置身于郁郁葱葱的园林中，主人可根据个人喜好精
心布置，将绿色带进家园，从而打造出“首都中的
绿意住宅”。
UNIQUE
DESIGN
Sky Villa is designed by internationally
renowned Taiwanese architect Chu-Yuan Lee
(C.Y. Lee). After graduating from Princeton
University, C.Y. Lee joined Pei Partnership
Architects and assisted acclaimed architect
I.M. Pei in the design of the Republic of China
(Taiwan) Pavilion at the Osaka World Expo in
1970. He returned to Taiwan a decade later,
where his first creation was the Breeze Center
(then known as Asiaworld Building).
Since then, C.Y. Lee has made a mark for
himself with an extensive portfolio that
includes other eminent buildings such as
Taipei 101, Kaohsiung 85 Sky Tower and the
Chung Tai Chan Monastery. He was also the
chief architect for the Taiwan Pavilion at the
Shanghai World Expo in 2010, creating the
multimedia masterpiece “Mountain, Water &
Lantern of the Heart”, a building inspired by
the sky lantern that Taiwan is known for.
For Sky Villa, C.Y. Lee tapped on his talent
and expertise to design a residential building
poised to soar to new heights as a pinnacle
of luxury living in Phnom Penh. Dubbed a
“green residence in the capital”, Sky Villa is a
vista of serenity with lush landscapes filling the
condominium grounds. Large outdoor living
areas also allow homeowners who appreciate
gardening and greenery to welcome nature
into the home.

INVESTMENT
Cambodia’s economy has been flourishing in
recent years. It is projected to stay on track for
greater growth, as recent economic outlook
indicated that Cambodia’s GDP grew by 7%,
one of the highest in the region. The country’s
improved infrastructure, strong economic
outlook and positive infusion of foreign
capital has enabled Cambodia’s property
sector to grow, especially in Phnom Penh. It is
evident in the increase in high-rise residential
and commercial buildings developed or
undergoing construction currently.

& CRYSTAL ORANGE
GreatView Investment Pte Ltd was established in 2013. The company mainly operates
real estate development and investment business in Singapore. Adhering to the business
philosophy of “honesty and building quality real estate projects”, the company developed,
with overseas partners, The TRE Residences, The Poiz Residences and many other overseas
real estate projects.
MCC Land (Singapore) Pte Ltd and GreatView Investment Pte Ltd jointly developed
TRE Residences in 2014. The condominium project is located in Geylang East, adjacent to
Aljunied MRT Station, with a total area of 6,238.1 square meters. The project consists
of two 17-storey towers, providing 250 residential units, as well as 46 double-key units.
All 250 units were completed and sold in 2018.
The Poiz Residences & The Poiz Centre is a 99-year leasehold commercial and residential
complex project co-developed by MCC Land (Singapore) Pte Ltd. and GreatView Investment
Pte Ltd, with China Jingye Engineering serving as the project EPC general contractor. It
opened for sale in November 2015. The project expands a total construction land area of
16,000 m2
and a total construction area of 56,000 m2
, and has 731 residential units and 84
commercial units. It has direct access to Potong Pasir MRT Station. The residential sales area
is 52,158 m2
and the sales is RMB 3,938.89 million. As of now 99.18% of the project is sold.
The project was completed on October 30, 2018.

该公寓项目位于芽笼东1道，毗邻阿裕尼地铁站，总面积为6,238.1平方米，项目拥有250套住宅单位
并含有46个双钥匙单位，共分两座楼，楼高17层，目前250个单位已全部售出并于2018年完工。
中冶置业(新加坡)有限公司与GreatView Investment Pte Ltd合作开发，中国京冶(新加坡分公司)作
为项目EPC总承包商的99年地契商住综合项目The Poiz Residences & The Poiz Centre于2015年11月
开盘销售，总建筑面积5.6万平方米，项目总建设用地面积约1.6 万平方米，直通波东巴西地铁站，
拥有731个住宅及84个零售单位, 住宅销售面积52,158平方米，销售额为人民币393,389万元，目前
已售出99.18%，已于2018年10月30日完工。
