Sonya Reines-Djivanides has been the Executive Director of The European Peacebuilding Liaison Office (EPLO) since April of 2015. This is an independent platform of NGOs & think tanks that work together to prevent violent conflict. Prior to the EPLO, Sonya in a number of different capacities with the Search for Common Ground. Sonya Reines-Djivanides was Director of their Brussels Headquarters & managed the development & implementation of their Track II programs, among others. Sonya holds a BA, cum laude, in Political Science & French from The University of New Mexico. She holds an MA in International Relations with a focus on International Conflict Management from Syracuse.
