• Over half of 18-24 year olds noted that access to training through MOOCs
would positively affect their decision to apply to a company.
• 73 percent of 18-24 year olds and 60 percent of 25-34 year olds said they
would participate in MOOC based training.
• 58 percent of 18-24 year olds said access to MOOCs would impact their
decision to stay with a company, while over half of 25-34 year olds agreed.

Gen Y workers want to gain professional skills. It makes sense that 52% of 18-24
year olds said access to MOOC-based training would affect their decision to apply.
