As a scientist, I pursue a multifaceted skill set. Technical expertise, professional conduct, and a strong work ethic are key to successful investigation. However, without the ability to relate with and respect others, these qualities are hindered from reaching their true potential. Consequently, I place high value on clear communication, teamwork, and the strong people skills necessary to “do” science and make it count. Academically, I am an alumni of Western Washington University (BSc, Geology).
