disparity between rural and urban students. One
group is disadvantaged than the other. While
collecting the data, there were things mentioned
by almost every respondent; which brings me to
my needs assessment.

looked at language barrier.
How students can become
more proficient in their
work whether they come
from an urban environment
or a rural environment.
6. If asked what my final questions would
be, I say “How do we create an equitable
learning environment for urban and
rural students? The next step is how do I
go about doing this to have the desired
result? I would use both quantitative
and qualitative methods to gather the
data form the participants who are
students from the urban and rural
communities.
