Recommendation letter Shwet Kumar
To begin with Shwet is talented, hard-working and result oriented. He did a tremendous job during
his industrial assignment at Chlor-Alkali, AkzoNobel, Rotterdam site. I had an opportunity to meet
Shwet during his 3 month internship from July to September, 2016 at AkzoNobel. He was
working in the Development Process Engineering department under the supervision of Wouter
Blom and Johan Breugem. I had regular meetings with him to discuss about his project and the
way he was progressing in his project. I had a great time working with him. He is a person with
positive attitude towards life and enjoys his work. He thinks logically and scientifically before
arriving to the solution which I experienced myself while discussing about his ideas and logics.
In all I would say that he did an excellent job in completing his assignment in such a short
duration of 3 months and identified useful results which can be implemented in the plant. He even
made some Project Charters of his ideas together with his supervisor Wouter Blom. I would say
the project was a success and the results could definitely be implemented in the plant.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Shwet Kumar and he will be a great asset for any company he
joins. I have no doubt in his capabilities and I wish him all success in his future life. Please contact
