SUDTECH LTD is an OEM/ODM/EMS manufacturing China outsourcing company that
concentrates in delivery quality electronic and electro-mechanical parts, products and related
professional services to a world wide base of corporate clients. Established in 2001,
SUDTECH is registered as a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) based in the Free
Trade Zone of Hong Kong.
SUDTECH specializes in helping customers to find the right factory in China to manufacture
their products. Our goal is to take the financial risk out of off-shore Chinese manufacturing

Yitzhak Charlap – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
A long-time leader in all aspects of electronic and electro-mechanical manufacturing,
Yitzhak Charlap has more than 25 years experience in corporate management and
operations. Yitzhak is instrumental in shaping the corporate strategy and the
definition and design of the complete Sudtech product line. Yitzhak holds advanced
degrees in industrial engineering and international business management.
Michael Traittel – General Manager – China
Michael Traittel brings to customers 30 years of extensive experience in
electro/mechanical manufacturing, industrial management and contract negotiations.
Michael is also highly regarded as an electrical engineer, with extensive expertise in
power supplies.
Kevin Lee - China Branch Manager
Kevin Lee has over 10 years of experience in mass production and global logistics.
Kevin is a native born Chinese national and speaks fluent English .He provides
customers, with access to his unparalleled experience and knowledge in Chinese
based production techniques and management styles.
Shay Traittel - Engineering Manager
Shay Traittel has over 10 years of engineering experience in the electronic and
communication fields. Shay is responsible for providing the technical interface
between our client’s engineers and Sudtech’s Chinese manufacturers and suppliers.
Hezi Shnoir - Finance Manager
Hezi Shnoir has over 30 years of experience in financial oversight and business
economics. As Sudtech’s finance manger in China, Hezi is responsible for, the
auditing, cash management and financial reporting of all client projects.
