Executive Summary
The “Favorite Holiday Movie” promotion is designed to appeal to all fans and increase
interaction and engagement, as well as increase the number of fans on the Facebook page.
The promotion will also generate goodwill with those Facebook fans.
This is a Facebook contest held on a tab on the Wildwood Casino fan page, which will
award one entrant a TV. To enter the contest, Facebook users must provide their contact
information and vote for their favorite holiday movie on a contest form on the promotions
tab of the Facebook fan page. The tab will include 3-4 movie clips and the poll question,
“What’s your favorite holiday movie?” Fans would vote for their favorite film and fill out
the form to be entered to win. The contact information collected will include name, zip
code, and email address. All information is kept in a database. Entering the giveaway will
be promoted on social media channels.
This contest will run from November 1 to December 21. The winner will be notified via
email on December 22 and will be given instructions on picking up the prize. The
winner’s first name will also be included in a congratulatory Facebook post.

II. Eligibility:
The promotion is open to legal U.S. residents who have reached the age of 21 by date of
entering into promotion. Employees of the casino and their respective affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate family
or household of each are not eligible to participate.
III. How to Enter:
Complete an official "promotions" online entry form prior to end date of the promotion.
Registration forms will be available online on the Facebook Page tab.
Entries submitted that are mechanically reproduced, forged or altered are ineligible and
will be voided.
One entry per person is allowed.
IV. Selection of Winners: Winner will be selected at the end of the promotion and will
become eligible to win.
Winner will be selected from registration forms completed prior to the deadline listed
above in point III. The selection of the winner will be made by Wildwood Casino or
MOSAK whose decisions are final. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner is
unable (or unwilling) to claim their prize, a replacement will be randomly drawn by the
companies or MOSAK.
V. Prizes:
The winner will be awarded the prize as part of the promotion. All prizes won will be
awarded. Limit one prize per household. No substitutions or cash equivalents, except by
sponsors for reason of unavailability in which a prize of equal or greater value will be
awarded. Travel, taxes and other expenses are the responsibility of winners, except
where noted.
VI. Release of Liability: By participating in this promotion and/or accepting a prize, a
participant/winner agrees that the casino and its affiliated companies and all of their
respective parents, promotion agents, officers, directors, shareholders, employees,
representatives and contractors will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held
harmless by participant/winner for any liability for, injury, loss, or damages of any kind
to persons (including death) and property (including damage to computers caused by
bugs) due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use,
or misuse of a prize, entry or participation in this promotion, or participation in any
promotion or prize related activity.
Winners agree that the casino or involved sponsors may use their names or likeness for
advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation (except where
prohibited).
The casino and its promotional partners reserve the right to require each winner to
provide identification, to prove eligibility, and to return a signed and notarized Affidavit

of Eligibility and Release of Liability Form (the "Eligibility Form") in order to claim a
prize. The Eligibility Form certifies eligibility and compliance with these
Official Rules and serves to release and to hold harmless. The casino and its affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertisers, and agencies from and against any liability arising out of this
giveaway. Failure to timely return the Eligibility Form will result in forfeiture of the
prize. A prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The prizewinner is responsible for all applicable federal, state or local taxes. All
prizewinners and prizes will be reported to governmental tax authorities as required by
law.
VII. Improper Conduct: If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as
planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, technical failure,
human error or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of sponsors that affects the
administration, security, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion and its promotional
partners reserves the right, in their discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers
with the entry process, require the return of any prize or its value, and to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, in which case, Winners will be determined
at random from the entries received prior to cancellation, termination, modification or
suspension.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR OTHER PERSON TO
DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
