My mantra focuses on a fully engaged independent music company that provides artist management and development, plus an essential array of other music services. My overall mission is to help prepare musicians that want to make the continual evolution from performance as hobby to performing professionally, and eventual transition from local to national recording artist.
D. I am currently enrolled at one of the leading educational institutions for entertainment and media-related areas of study.

B. My name is Sergio N. Aguirre; I am studying in the Music Business Bachelor’s Degree program at Full Sail University.
1. Originally from Central Texas, I am a well traveled military veteran with IT background exploring a career change.
2. I am also a lifetime student of the ever so changing industry.
B. In 2005, I enlisted in the U.S. Navy as an Information Systems Technician.
1. Operated and maintained the Navy’s global satellite telecommunications systems, mainframe computers, and local & wide area networks used in the fleet.
B. Having served a four-year term in the U.S. military, I built a strong foundation for myself.
1. Developed personal discipline as well team based fundamentals.
2. Finished in the top percentage of boot camp and tech training class.
3. Earned multiple awards and ribbons, as well as obtaining the enlisted surface warfare specialist (ESWS) insignia distinction.
4. Honorably discharged.
C. Upon separation, I decided to continued a career in the technology field working for IBM.
1. As a Systems Administrator, I provided level II client server operations support for problem and change tickets surrounding the Windows infrastructure
C. Recent work at IBM prepared me as a professional.
1. The knowledge and expertise gained was at an enterprise level.
A. After graduating high school in New Braunfels, TX, I worked for my father as an HVAC service technician while attending San Antonio community college.
1. Here I learned about commercial and residential installation, maintenance and repair of Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning systems.
A. I have five years of under my belt in the air-conditioning business.
1. This experience introduced me to the principals of quality customer service, which is still relevant today.
D. Now, a full-time student.
2. Reinforcing effectiveness in the music business with marketing and publishing to artist management and retail classes.
3. Participation in integrated career development modules and ongoing portfolio courses.
A. I truly feel I have an ear for talent and would be a great honor to practice such an art for a living
