Currently I combine roles of Agile coach with focus on Scrum framework and smooth requirement management flow with company-wide Agile Practice management including but not limited to Agile/Lean consulting and coaching business development, promotion of Luxoft Agile expertise and partnership with international Agile organizations. My goal is to help development teams in building sustainable and effective development process in close collaboration with business. I'm a member of ScrumAlliance and Agile Alliance, Certified ICAgile Professional at International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles and values. ...
