Children’s art... it’s simply magical!
The Magic of Children in the Arts was founded in 1994 by local artist Lory MacDonald. With the help of parents and volunteers, it evolved into an annual
event at the Collingwood Public Library. “We celebrated 23 years in 2017 and are still excited about helping young people experience the benefits of
making art. Our mission is to inspire and encourage children to create, exhibit and celebrate art. The result is a spectacular display of over 1000 artworks
