To Whom It May Concern:
My family had the good fortune of hiring Sara Taglarino to be the General Manger of our restaurant,
Generations Tap & Grill. Generations is a challenging restaurant to manage as it is open 3 meals per
day, 7 days per week and caters to guests of our resort, individuals off the street and groups and
events. There are many moving parts and virtually no down time. Sara is one of the most proficient,
talented people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The combination of her experience, common
sense and initiative made her a quick favorite of the staff and more importantly the guests.
Her attitude and professionalism are impressive. She is capable of seeing the bigger picture, but still
treats each task, big or small, with the same amount of importance and care. She is dedicated,
hardworking and honest. But most importantly, she is genuine. I have found that to be a rare quality
and one that is sometimes undervalued. She would be an asset to you.
