I write because it is in me. I express mine and many of your feelings on paper. The pen is my best friend. In my many years of business I have learned that many of us look for answers in others when in reality the answers are in us. In the meantime, I assist in any way I can. By doing this I help myself as well. My strength is in self motivation, career coaching, job placement/recruiting, and professional development with an emphasis in Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ) training and workshops. Many feel that because they haven't a formal education background there can be no education and therefore no success. Think again!
