Isa story
1. Nomination categories:
1. Enhanced Teaching and Learning
Your write-up under this category should revolve around the development in teaching and
learning after ISA in your school or alternatively address the following questions:
• What was the scenario before the school applied for the ISA?
• What was not happening?
• What changes did you experience as a result of working for ISA and after getting the
Award?
• What can you identify as the most significant impact of the ISA?
2. Touching life personally and professionally
You may bring out a personal or professional account of your Principal, ISA Coordinator, a
teacher responsible for one of the international projects or a student or group of them who
participated in an ISA project. You may take leads for the story from the following questions
if you like to submit under this category.
• What impact/ benefits has ISA had for you personally?
• What did you learn that was very different or new?
• What new skills were you able to develop?
• What international exposure or experience left a mark on your mind and heart?
• How has ISA enabled you to become a better global learner/ educator/ citizen?
3. Photo-story
If you think your school’s ISA journey or its impact can be better presented with a set of
pictures, then Photo-story is for you! Using 8-10 powerful digital pictures with a size of not
more than 1 MB each, your photo story should be submitted in the form of a PowerPoint
presentation in 8-10 slides (1 picture on 1 slide) with a suitable title for the whole story and a
caption each for all the pictures expressing the impact!
4. Video Profile
If you could find a team of filming and editing crew in your teachers and students, why don’t
you present them this opportunity of encapsulating your ISA experience digitally? It could be
a documentary for 5 mins or like a news item for a local news channel for broadcasting. If
you are going for this, remember to make it as interesting as possible to attract public as well
as school community!
