Malaysia for TDCX Malaysia (previously known as Teledirect Malaysia) from March 05 to 09, 2018. As a
result of his final exam, he gained Certified COPC Implementation Leader status. He obtained this
status by completing our week‐long class (32 hours of classroom instruction) and taking the COPC
Implementation Leader final examination (four‐hour exam).
