In the daily process the systemtransfers theeach eyeglass to the innovations
lab , the systemassigns thetray number to the each eye glass order in
DC(Distribution centre) module and then the user enters or scans the bar code
at that point of time a RXI file is generated. So the client came up with an idea
by automating the process through an integration method. So the systemnow
auto assign the tray number to an eyeglass order as soon the integration in run
in X-link module and auto generates an RXI file.

patient details, create Exam orders ,Eye glass Order ,Contactlens order and
so on of behalf of customer. So the systemhas multiple offices within the
same company. The systemneed to manage the end to end information of
the patients across all the offices within same company. As a manager
running multi- location practice I would like to run the reports for one or
more offices within company in Reports Tab section , So the patients can
be managed effectively at one place(Company level) without logging into
multiple offices.

so before this frame load process the user ha sto manually enter create the
frames within the Admin module. But the Frame Load has overcomewith
this issue. The process under taken here is a list of frames in an excel and
loaded into systemthrough FileZillatooland then run the integration X-link
module. So as the file processed in filezilla and x-link is ran all the frames in
excel will be loaded to the systemwithin fraction of seconds.
