Pursuing Masters in Electrical Engineering with interests in * IC fabrication Processes: Lithography, etching, doping, heterogenous 3D integration and other technologies used in IC fabrication along with projects involving TSUPREM and MEDICI simulation. * Micro and nano scale manufacturing: Theory and clean room lab experience in photolithography, Nano Imprint Lithography and soft lithography to fabricate micro scale devices like cantilevers and micro fluidic channels.
