Established The SOLA Group was established in May 2005 and has quickly established itself as a strong

Locations SOLA Group’s head office is based in Piccadilly Circus, Central London.
SOLA’s UAE office was opened in 2009 and is based in Dubai. This company is called Thiqah
Technology LLC and the SOLA brand operates as a recruitment service provider under
Thiqah Technology LLC, providing recruitment services to large GCC organisations.
The most recent SOLA office to be opened was Munich in 2013.
Ownership SOLA are privately owned and owner managed. All of our clients have access to the Main
Board of Directors.

The Associate Catalogue is the provision of Management Information regarding the availability of niche, pre-screened candidates. SOLA evaluate
specific technology and skill requirements that are used by the client on a repeatable basis and map the market to create a virtual team of pre-
qualified and pre-screened candidates. The Associate Catalogue instantly provides several key pieces of information on the candidate including
rate, skills, availability and locations considered.
This provides total transparency enabling clients to resource plan with absolute confidence. By eliminating a large proportion of the time required
from the recruitment process, SOLA can respond extremely quickly in identifying suitable resources in a short time-frame and ensure that
productivity is maintained for our clients.
Professional Service Offering – SOLA Academy
The SOLA Academy is an intensive training programme, designed to create strong specialists in the areas of sales or technology by “fast-tracking”

Delivery Team The SOLA Delivery team is made up of technically savvy consultants. Their main function is to speak to
the candidate community, sourcing the best fitting candidates faster than any of our competitors.
By having a dedicated team to source and filter candidates we maintain great relationships with the
candidate community and hold up to date information on their current skills and availability. The
delivery team place emphasis on proactively gaining candidate referrals and subsequently can quickly
tap in to any market, regardless of niche or geography. SOLA work with a significant number of
candidates exclusively.
Operations SOLA has been ISO certified for 5 years, we are registered under the Data Protection Act and our
Operations team work to strict internal SLA’s. We have pioneered a Contractor Charter which includes
the following commitments: initial contact within 3 hours of placement, a contractor care pack, details
surrounding issue resolution and timely extension management.
Finance SOLA have a strong credit line and a confidential invoice discounting facility with HSBC, providing a
consistent cash flow so we are always able to pay our contractors in line with expectations. We have
two payment cycles each month to provide flexibility to our clients and contractors. We have
experience of migrating contractors and appreciate the sensitivity surrounding such an exercise.
