the final report on the basis of the complaint dated 09.03.2014.

2. 3. The petitioner is the wife of the second respondent and certain allegations have been made stating
that she has been abused by the second respondent.
4. Considering the fact that the issue herein is a matrimonial issue, the first respondent shall
summon both the petitioner and the second respondent and enquire into the matter and deal with
the same in accordance with law. The first respondent police shall also endeavour to see that any
amicable solution could be arrived at in this matter.
5. The petition stands disposed of on the above terms.
