3. Sub Assembly Instructions
Sub Assembly 1: Rotating Wheel Mount Sub Assembly
Sub Assembly Parts List:

4. Step 1: Place the rotating wheel mount in the wheel assembly block

5. Step 2: Attach the wheel assembly arm to the rotating wheel mount,
and secure it with the assembly pin
Step 3: Repeat the steps in this sub assembly until you have 2
rotating wheel mount assemblies

6. Sub Assembly 2: Rear Tire Mounts

7. Step 1: Attach the axle to the wheel frame

8. Step 2: Place the spring on top of the axle
Step 3: Repeat this step until you have 2 rear tire mounts

9. Mario Kart Complete Assembly
Step 1: Place the Mario Symbol, front filter, and screws on the front
of the frame

10. Step 2: Slide the smaller wheels and the breaks onto the rotating
wheel mount sub-assemblies, and then place the sub-assemblies on
the frame

11. Step 3: Attach the large and small steering pins to the bar connector

12. Step 4: Slide the steering wheel through the hole on the frame and
connect it to the bar connector on the bottom. Then proceed to place
the bolts in the filter

13. Step 5: Bolt the side wing to the side panel mount for the right side

14. Step 6: Bolt the side wing to the side panel mount for the left side

15. Step 7: Attach the left and right exhaust ports to the engine

16. Step 8: Connect the side panel mounts and the engine to the frame

17. Step 9: Place the pedals within the frame, and then attach the seat to
the frame

18. Step 10: Attach the roll-bar to the side of the frame and attach the
bumper to the end of the roll-bar

19. Step 11: Slide the larger wheels on the rear tire mounts sub
assembly, and proceed to attach the rear tire sub assembly onto the
roll-bar
