Began as Resource Specialist in Statesboro to assist farmers implementing 319 grants
also inspected construction sites for compliance with state’s E&SC BMPs. In 1999
promoted to Regional Rep supervising 46 counties in southwest Georgia. Transferred in
2005 to act as Regional Rep in Metro Atlanta area serving 7 urban counties with total
population of over 4 million. Responsibilities included conducting overviews of over 50
local government’s compliance with state’s erosion control programs.
