EAGLESFACE THE FRONT (INWARD). (A) REAR ADMIRALS WILL WEAR THE REGULAR SIZE EMBROIDERED GRADEINSIGNIA. WHEN WEARING ASAN OPTIONAL OUTER GARMENT, THE FLEECE WILL BE WORN OVER THE NWU TYPE I SHIRT,ZIPPERED AT LEAST THREE FOURTHS OF THE WAY CLOSED AND MUST HAVE A SEWN-ON CENTERCHEST RANK TAB. (1) CENTER CHEST RANK TAB: THE CENTER CHEST RANK TAB IS BLACK, ONE ANDFIVE EIGHTS OF AN INCH WIDE BY FOUR AND ONE EIGHT OF AN INCH LONG AND IS MADE OFREINFORCED NYLON MATERIAL.
