development

Safety
Management
System
conforming
to
the
latest
version

the
FSSC
22000
Scheme.
The
formation

a
Food
Safety
Team
is
an
inherent
part
of
the
implementation
of
such
a
system,
and
Rudi
was
at
the
onset
appointed
as
Food
Safety
Team
Leader
CES,
in
collaboration
with
HACCP
Academy,
was
contracted
by
Rudi’s
previous
employer
to
spearhead
the
process
of
implementing
a
Food
Safety
Management
System.
