Team

during
the
development
phases

Food
Safety
Management
System
conforming

latest
version

Scheme.
The
formation

a
Food
Safety
Team

an
inherent
part
of
the
implementation
of
such
a
system,
and
Rudi
was
at
the
onset
appointed
as
Food
Safety
Team
Leader
CES,
in
collaboration
with
HACCP
Academy,
was
contracted
by
Rudi’s
previous

spearhead

process
