night into day and day into night
2. +
Four friends site seeing in China return home on the same flight to North America.
Judy (left to right) lives in California, Anneal lives in Calgary, Canada,
Winston lives in South Carolina, and Beebe lives in Vermont.
Each person has to return to work two days after arriving home.
No one wants to experience desynchronization.
3. + Judy’s solution to Jet Lag was to run in place
while seated in her airline chair on the plane trip
back home.
4. + Anneal’s solution to Jet lag was to party with
his row seat mates, eat steak and pasta meals,
and drank several glasses of wine on the plane
trip home.
5. + Winston’s solution to Jet Lag was to read
several books during the flight home.
6. + Beebe’s solution to Jet Lag was to
rub sparkling Magic Dust and
Herbal Flowers across the
palms of her hands.
7. + Desynchronize
Unable to sleep, Judy, Anneal, and Winston experienced being out of
sync with their circadian rhythms or internal body clock. They
returned to sleepless and remained in a stupor for several days until
their bodies adjusted to the sudden change in the time zone.
