To whom it may concern,
This is letter serves to recommend Mr Rodolphe Kadoukpe AKOTOfor employment and wholeheartedly
endorse his work. I had the distinct pleasure to collaborate with Rodolphe from 2013 to 2015 as part of
the Doing Businessproject of the World Bank- one of the flagship publications of the organization.
The successof the Doing Businessproject highly depends on the quality of the experts we survey every
year. The information they provide is, ultimately, what gets published in the report and, in turn, guides
business regulatory reforms to spur economic growth. To this end, Rodolphe provided us some input in
the area on port and customs processesin countries like The Gambia, Mauritania and Benin.
Through our correspondence, exchanges and interviews, I found Rodolphe to be diligent, patient and
extremely knowledgeable -- not only on trade logistics issues, but also political developments in the area
of cross border trade. The thorough information Rodolphe provided in the aforementioned countries was
invaluable.
In the end, it was a great pleasure to work with Rodolphe. He is a friendly, high-energy individual and he
will be as great an asset to your company.
Kind regards,
Jean Arlet
