I am a director of a global innovation consultancy based in Cambridge, UK. My passion is helping clients to unleash their innovation capabilities and to use innovation to grow their business. I seek to bring together ideas from as many diverse sources as possible, such as science and psychology, economics and design, history and philosophy. Before my current role, I trained as a PhD physicist and then worked at Plessey Electronics. My career later took me to Procter & Gamble, in paper manufacture, and Shell, in environmental research.
