I am a veteran teacher with 34 years of teaching experience teaching subjects as diverse as English, speech, drama, social studies, and career education. During my tenure teaching in 3 high schools, 3 middle schools, and one community college, I have been honored with being a nominee for Oregon Teacher of the Year on five different occasions. In addition, in 2003, I was chosen WalMart Teacher of the Year for Grants Pass, Oregon. A little over ten years ago, I became an avid consumer of free technology for educational purposes.
