After graduating from BMS college of Engineering, i worked with construction companies for 15 Years and executed, Residential, Institutional, industrial projects. I too had worked with Developers & with Hospitals as client and got works executed through contractors in specified timelines as decided by us. I worked as Real estate consultant too and did bookings of properties of well established and renowned developers. I am presently doing Property Development Consultancy for upcoming Developers and has started our projects of Studio & Service Apartments with guaranteed rental returns.
